More reliable import retries

  • The daily importer now waits for USPTO download restrictions to expire before retrying an affected file.
  • Other published files continue importing while a restricted file waits, and that file stays eligible for catch-up afterward.

Clearer status labels and billing details

  • Corrected trademark status labels so active applications are not classified as dead solely because their status falls in the 600–699 range.
  • The dashboard can show the renewal date immediately after checkout.
  • Health and status polling now use a separate burst-limit bucket from product requests.

Automatic catch-up for published trademark data

  • Daily imports look for published files from recent days instead of requesting only yesterday’s file.
  • Late publications and interrupted imports can be picked up by a later run without a manual catch-up.
